The FEASTbox voice was born to standout. It needed to be witty, sarcastic, and fun in order to grab attention and hold it long enough to encourage action. During the process of creating and establishing our look, feel, and voice, my creative team was challenged with adjusting to product changes and, within that, target audience changes. The entire process was an educational experience and I gained insight in brand voice creation and adaptation.
